Assistant store manager is required to lead the team at Birkenstock Gateway is in need of an assistant store manager.
Function:
Sales and Business Growth
Set and share daily sales goals with the entire organisation, including casual employees.
Concentrate on providing top-notch customer service with the team.
To increase sales, establish connections with local GPs, podiatrists, schools, clubs, and gyms.
expand your consumer database and constantly provide deals
Team Leadership
Create a sense of community by holding daily team meetings and giving frequent feedback.
Organise and inspire the staff of the store to increase sales and deliver exemplary customer service in accordance with Birkenstock standards.
Master the feedback process and give everyone on the team monthly feedback.
Weekly Customer Service, Loss Prevention, Podiatry, and Sales training will help the team grow.
Make sure the team develops by making sure they finish the Rookie Pack within the allotted period.
Control the team’s evaluation procedure for each member.
Control the onboarding procedure
Fill out the rosters and follow the staffing template
Through proactive and efficient management, reduce and store employee costs as well as store controllable expenses (such as discounts given, petty cash, stationery, phone, cleaning, etc.).
Publish weekly time sheets, assign duties to rostered employees, and coordinate
Inventory
Weekly OTB process completion and product ordering are required to maintain optimal stock levels.
Every week, keep inventories at target levels for all categories and price points.
Reduce shrinkage and keep the POS system’s stock data accurate.
Finished quarterly stock counts
Run daily negative stock reports and make the necessary changes.
Process deliveries by labelling, hanging, and pricing products, comparing quantities to invoices, and registering in the POS system.
Verify that the storage is kept up to Birkenstock standards.
Report your daily inventory.
Daily Activities
Control the administrative procedures at the store level and make sure that all rules and regulations regarding the processing of money, stock control, point-of-sale systems, visual merchandising, security, and operational health and safety are followed.
Make sure the merchandise and windows’ visual merchandising adheres to Birkenstock standards.
Close and reopen the shop
Payroll reconciliation, day-end tender report preparation, and banking
bank withdrawals
