Delivering AMAZING customer service to create a WOW experience for the client
Put the demands of each customer—their distinct and individual buying needs—first.
Comply with all fundamental customer service guidelines to guarantee that clients receive quick and effective treatment.
Selling products and, more crucially, upselling and adding services at the POS
Setting up for the day’s start and accepting all transactions in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures
Complying with all merchandising and cleaning guidelines and deadlines
Run cash registers and take payments for things clients purchase
Inspect returned items and report findings to managers for further action
Observe standard operating procedures on the sales at all POS.
Being present for stock takes and stock counts
Reduce stock losses.
Reduce costs in the area of responsibility
Increase sales throughout the board.
Guard the company’s assets within its purview
Qualification:
Matric Certificate
Experience:
Experience in retail for six (six) months
In order to work shifts, you must have access to reliable transportation
Other required:
Must perform any additional necessary tasks as directed by senior management
To complete all essential service training and mandatory training
Ensuring that all data is treated with strict confidentiality.
Consistently conduct appraisal and personal development reviews
Taking ownership of and accountability for adhering to present SOPs
Participating fully in the adoption of new technologies and techniques.
