Job description:

Data capturer will provide assistance with administration. Gather and update data from records that are already available into the necessary forms, such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets, and then create spreadsheets.

Qualification:

Matriculation or a comparable degree

Experience required:

An advantage would be having knowledge of data capture. competencies and abilities: Job knowledge and effective verbal and written communication abilities. talents in organisation and planning,

Flexibility. Teamwork. strong interpersonal abilities. sophisticated computer abilities. a capacity for pressure-free work.

Function:

provide assistance with administration. Obtain and update data from records that are already available into the necessary forms, such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
Produce spreadsheets. System updates for all data sets. verifying and

Check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness (for quality objectives). Create and maintain routine statistics reports, registries, and information. Obtain records or papers submitted for further processing, register them, and keep track of them. Record routine activities such as the conversion of information from manual to electronic records on a computer.

Offer regular and clerical maintenance services. updating data on a computer continuously for reporting and information retrieval reasons

required. Check for data entry errors and missing information.
Enter data. Make regular data backups. keep records and files updated. Make sure documents and files are organised and secured effectively.
