Qualification:

Experience Required:
A minimum of three (3) years at the Assistant Director level and five (5) minimum years of expertise in human resource management. Possession of PERSAL certificates proving knowledge of the system. A

Knowledge of Public Service Act, Regulations and Resolutions, Recruitment and Selection Strategies, Code of Remuneration, All Labour Laws, Code of Good Practise, Human Resources Management Policies, Human Resources Systems and Procedures, Performance Management, Project Management.
Function:
Manage the recruiting and selection process’s efficient execution, as well as the province’s implementation of all human resources policies, processes, and necessary regulations.
the Province’s policy, assist in coordinating the Policy’s Performance Management Policy’s implementation, oversee the province’s execution of human resource development policies and programmes and the coordination of human resource development actions.
Manage the province’s OSD, MMS, and SMS systems for the administration of service benefits and employee leave. Control employee relations. oversee and control PILIR in the province. Control all of the Directorate’s resources.
help with the HR planning process and provide HR planning-related reports to management.
