Job description:
Director administration to senior management a track record of independent, responsible, professional, and credible behaviour. understanding of public service rules, familiarity with the Public Finance Management Act.
Qualification required:
A valid B-degree, Advanced Diploma (NQF level 7), or comparable qualification in public administration.
Experience:
Director administration must be of a minimum of five (5) years of Middle Management or Senior Management experience and demonstrated ability to act independently, professionally, and with integrity.
Accountable and trustworthy. understanding of the Public Finance Management Act and public service regulations. Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking. knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Interpersonal skills, planning and prioritising skills, records management skills, HR management skills, information management skills.
Function:
Manage the supply chain and finances. Organise your personnel resources. Control information. Control security. Make sure that general administration is provided.
