Programme Manager must fixed Services projects are managed, Management of stakeholders and SLA/KPIs
overseeing a group of project managers or project leaders. Organise meetings for programmes and projects.
Create programme dashboards for each project the control and observation of performance across work streams
Make sure there is open communication and programme openness.
Function:
Project management for all Fixed Services initiatives, including the implementation of cross-functional strategic programmes
Establish project governance, prioritise projects, and use best practises.
Make and keep a programme blueprint.
To ensure that programmes are handled effectively, examine processes and procedures.
Define the scope, initiatives, and deliverables for each workstream after analysing the program’s or project’s requirements and consulting with relevant business leads and business units. execution of milestones and priorities
Communicate with a range of stakeholders and service providers.
Monitor results in relation to objectives and provide status reports or presentations on progress reviews.
assist business leads and stakeholders proactively in locating and ranking improvement opportunities
Manage expectations (both of the team and of stakeholders and consumers) and make sure commitments are kept
Manage dependencies across related projects to efficiently allocate resources to the necessary actions.
Organise and delegate cross-project efforts while managing and leading workstreams as needed under the program’s aegis.
Manage numerous projects at once, and make adjustments as necessary as priorities shift.
Create a transparent communication strategy for various programme and project streams.

Relationship Administration
Qualification:
a suitable three-year B.A., diploma, or equivalent degree.
a project management degree or certification (essential).
Experience:
8 years or less of experience in project management, including:
8 years of total experience, including 5 years in project management, are recommended.
2 years of fixed line and/or mobile experience.
2 years of experience in leadership.
Experience in telecommunications (essential)
possessing management skills for cross-functional strategic processes.
Other Skills:
All projects were completed on time and on budget, with little risk.
Create Programme Dashboards for each project and provide key stakeholders with project updates Senior Leadership: (Project status, risks, budgets, and contingency plans are reported to senior management via the dashboard and road map)
Make sure the proper structures and controls are in place to facilitate and drive effective execution and implementation of programme deliverables as well as track and measure performance aligned to agreed-upon objectives (ensure programme objectives are measurable and met by tracking major milestones and status metrics of all projects).
