Senior state advocate will track record of acting independently, responsibly, credibly, and professionally.
Qualification:
An LLB or other suitable legal qualification is required to work as a prosecutor.
Experience required:
a minimum of eight years of post-qualification litigation experience, either in civil or criminal cases.

Function:
Examine case dockets, evaluate them, and choose whether to begin prosecution. Deal with all assertions. assist in investigations into more complicated or challenging cases, such as those involving commerce. Get cases ready for

Present the State’s case in court, question witnesses directly and indirectly, and address the court on a variety of topics, including the conviction and sentencing. individually control the court and the case flow.
