Job description:
Spa Sales Executive will be creating and putting into practise successful sales tactics, the chosen candidate will be instrumental in helping Bakwena Day Spa meet its goals and sales targets. Additionally, the sales representative will keep in touch with current customers and actively look for chances to cross- and upsell spa services. Excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and a love for promoting wellness, relaxation, and sheer enjoyment are requirements for this position.
Function:
Actively seek out new customers to market spa services and goods by using a variety of channels (phone calls, emails, social media, networking).
Perform a thorough needs analysis to comprehend the demands of the client and suggest the best spa services or packages.
Reach or surpass monthly sales goals (R350 000.00) by closing transactions with potential consumers and turning leads into loyal patrons.
Give customers thorough information on spa treatments, costs, deals, and amenities.
Adapt sales pitches and one-on-one spa recommendations to the tastes, requirements, and financial capabilities of your clients.
For efficient follow-up, keep your client database current with accurate contact information, preferences, and interactions.
Inquiries, grievances, and criticism from clients should be handled quickly and professionally.
Through great customer service and individualised attention, continuously forge and sustain strong bonds with clients to ensure customer happiness and loyalty.
Work together with the spa staff to ensure that marketing and sales initiatives are carried out successfully.
To spot new company prospects and spur revenue growth, keep up with market changes, rival offerings, and consumer preferences.
To increase sales income, upsell and cross-sell spa treatments, goods, and membership plans.
Attend sales training courses and workshops to improve your product expertise, sales strategies, and customer service abilities.
To promote Bakwena Day Spa and build brand recognition, participate in and/or organise a variety of trade fairs, events, and corporate wellness days.
Qualification:
Grade 12 or an equivalent degree.
A tertiary degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
Must possess a trustworthy car and a valid driver’s licence.
Experience:
a track record of success in a similar sales position as a sales executive, ideally in the hospitality or beauty industries.
a proven track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to connect with and engage potential customers.

Other Information:
In addition to a base monthly wage, this role pays a 10% commission on all new business brought in above the monthly sales objective.
Travel claims will be paid out in accordance with corporate policy.
