Job description:
Training And Support Coordinator’s general goal of this role is to plan training interventions within the boundaries of the training function. Observance of industry norms, best practises, and quality assurance standards as well as applicable legal requirements.
Function:
Training And Support Coordinator coach and mentor students through learning programmes
facilitate enrollment, progress, and terminations and provide management with information on the programme.
Having effective learner discipline and control
Analysis of training data and Quality Assurance on pertinent systems
Gather, organise, and manage project plans
Training And Support Coordinator X1 Help with eLearning management, including the creation and evaluation of new programmes.
Programmes are presented and coordinated in accordance with internal and industry needs.
Concerning the Fidelity Services Group, compliance with legal requirements and QA
Qualification:
12th grade / NQF 4
Experience:
Training And Support Coordinator Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access) and a driver’s licence (EB)
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the security industry
The ability to create and oversee a project plan from execution to completion is required.
